I recommend the 10 week Awesome program for most people. Making meaningful change takes time. Bad habits need to be dropped, good habits need to be created, and we need time to break down your challenges and create realistic, achievable paths towards your goals. My reputation depends on your success so we have to do things the right way.

Having said that, you may be well on your way to crushing your challenges and may not need as much time. In this case the 4 week Awesome program may be a better option.

Single sessions are just that – a one-off. These make the most sense for low hanging fruit that we can handle in 50 minutes or so.
